This 3-in-1 Roasting Rack by Napoleon is an excellent way to roast meats like chicken, pork roast, and beef for a convection style of cooking. The Large Grill Drip Tray(62008) by Napoleon fits underneath the rack to catch the juices that fall. You can convert the rack into a beer can chicken roaster by flipping the rack over. It can also be used for sliding up to 4 racks of ribs, making it so that there is more airflow and less of chance for the meat being charred.
